With commercial insurance: FASENRA Savings Program — as little as $0, up to $13,000 per calendar year. With Medicare: the Fasenra card can’t be used. HealthWell Foundation – ANCA-Associated Vasculitis, and Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (relevant to EGPA) is open as of September 28, 2026.

Who qualifiesCommercially insured with a valid prescription for FASENRA 30 mg; US resident or territories; not enrolled in a government-funded program. Medicare Part B/D, Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DoD, TRICARE and Medicare-eligible patients on employer group waiver/retiree plans are excluded, even if processed as cash.
What it pays forThe Fasenra card pays for the drug and the administration (infusion or injection) fee.
Yearly max$13,000 per calendar year (drug + administration/training)
Per claim$100 per injection administration or injection training (counts toward the $13,000)
How to submitA Co-pay Savings Program account will be created for you. This can be done by the pharmacy, your doctor, or by calling a FASENRA 360 representative.. The pharmacy or your doctor will use the Co-pay Savings Program to cover the balance, up to the program maximum. EOB-claim mechanics for physician buy-and-bill not described.

Who qualifiesInsurance: For people with no health insurance or with Medicare who still cannot afford AstraZeneca medications. Enrollment lasts up to one year; Medicare patients are NOT auto re-enrolled for 2027 and must re-enroll.
