The editorial address is the one to use if you spotted something we got wrong on a billing-and-coding reference page; it goes to our named subject-matter expert and corrections are logged publicly.

How editorial corrections work

When you email editorial@carecostestimate.com with a correction:

1. Your report is acknowledged within two business days.

2. It is reviewed by Catherine Rose, CPC, our named subject-matter expert. She validates against the source hierarchy described in the Editorial Policy — federal regulation first, then CMS authoritative file, then FDA SPL label, then payer MRF, then manufacturer or foundation page, then secondary references.

3. If confirmed, the affected page is fixed, re-reviewed, re-dated, and the change is recorded in the public Corrections & Changelog with what was wrong, what is now correct, and the source that drove the change.

4. If we disagree or need more information, you get a written explanation back — not a form-letter brush-off.
