Corrections & Changelog

What this page is. When CareCost Estimate publishes something inaccurate on a reference page — a coding example, a billing-unit definition, an ASP value, an eligibility rule, anything that would change a billing decision or a published estimate — we record the correction here. Each entry names the page, describes what was wrong and what is now correct, dates the fix, and where applicable links to the source that drove the change. Trivial typo fixes are exempt; anything material is logged.
How corrections work
Reader-reported issues go to editorial@carecostestimate.com and are triaged within two business days by our named reviewer, Catherine Rose, CPC. Confirmed corrections that affect a billing or coding decision in current use are prioritized and normally ship within five business days; the affected page is re-reviewed and re-dated, and a new entry appears below.
