Changelog
Every build, every column change and every correction, with dates. If you are building on this data you need to know when a column changed meaning — and if we get something wrong we would rather publish it than quietly restate it.
Adding a column never breaks anything you have built, and ships without notice. Changing what a column means, or what type it is, gets announced a full quarter before it happens. Corrections to data already delivered are listed here against the quarter they affect.
Builds
2026 Q3
Planned- Add a quarter column to the rate data and keep each quarter rather than replacing it, so you can compare an insurer against itself over time.
- Add the insurer-name confidence column, so attribution can be filtered by how it was worked out.
- Add a distinct provider count next to the existing rate count.
- Publish state-by-state row counts in the quarterly manifest.
2026 Q2
Shipped 17 April 2026- 37 insurers loaded across all 50 states and DC.
- 36.9 million rate ranges, built from 49.4 million cleaned rates.
- Medicare, ASP+6% and drug acquisition cost joined across the drug codes.
- Quality scoring and outlier flagging applied to every row.
Corrections
No corrections have been issued against a delivered build. When one is, it appears here with the date, the build it affects, what was wrong and what changed.
